This is Diverse-city.

Well, was Diverse-city, until ignorant fanartists started coloring everyone white or lighter than their actual skintone.

They promised everyone it was “artistic license” or "a lighting decision" or "laziness", but never listened when people told them they were being erased by latent racism by artists living in a white supremacist society.

Most people don’t even realize the harmful consequences of white-washing.

But I do.

Over here at Whitewashed Motorcitizens, we’ve got a motto: Keep our characters their correct skin color and tone.

I’m a fan of Mike Chilton. And my friends and I are going to reblog whitewashed art in the Motorcity fandom with everything we’ve got until artists realize what they've done and change for the better!
